Can we (as service industry) satisfy all 100% of the Customer?.
I don't think so.
This might be the experience with all the service industries as a common issue.
Some customer comes with their own pressure and tensions to discharge on us.
Some issue resolves smoothly with replacing (the parts) again if it is within the time limit.
You will return the money, when you feel they wont be happy at all, after service.
Some customer not happy even you return the money; you charged for the service.

Some never resolved.. unless Police is involved.

When it changes in to threat, Concern authorities will be involved.
