Proud sponsor moment! 🏆
The Rugby District girls' football team – who we're privileged to sponsor – have reached the quarter finals of the ESFA national cup after a brilliant 3-1 victory against East Cornwall in Newquay at the weekend!
That's a 500+ mile round trip to Cornwall for a match! The dedication, determination and skill from this team is incredible.
From 45 teams at the start of the competition, these talented young players are now in the final 8 and will face either Sefton or Halton at home in the next round.
We're absolutely buzzing to support grassroots girls' football and can't wait to see how far they go. Come on Rugby! ⚽
It was a successful trip for our U11 Girls' District team who put on a dominant performance in Cornwall, with goals from Sophia, Violeta and Heidi seeing them to a 3-1 win ⚽⚽⚽
