🔉 I’ve heard that from April 2025 I’ll be expected to complete every brake test laden?
✅ Yep, from April 2025 there will be an expectation that a laden roller brake test or EBPMS will be the only accepted methods to assess brake performance

🔉 Is EBPMS recognised by the DVSA ?
✅ Yep, its included in the ‘Guide to Maintaining Road Worthiness’

🔉 So EBPMS can be used to assess the brakes whilst in service ?
✅ Yep, you will only need to complete a laden roller brake test just once at MOT

🔉 Can I fit your system to any trailer type ?
✅ Yep, we can fit to 99% of trailers

🔉 If I de-fleet or off-hire a trailer, can I move the system onto another trailer ?
✅ Yep, we understand that you need flexibility

🔉 I guess it’s more expensive than roller brake testing ?
❎ Nope, it works out cheaper.

🔉 I suppose you need a load of info from me before fitment ?
❎ No, to get started we need the fleet Id’s and chassis numbers as a minimum.

🔉 I can’t have trailers stood down for long periods for fitment, this probably takes hours to install !
❎ No, we can fit to a trailer in around 30 minutes. What’s more we can train your engineers to install FOC so you can plan alongside routine maintenance.
