A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, it was fantastic to see so many familiar and new faces come together to share, learn, and connect.

A special shout-out to Katherine Bunting CMgr FCMI from Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM) for such an open and insightful session on her team’s journey, the successes, the challenges, and the lessons that truly resonated with the room. 💯

📍 Marketing kick-off in the UK’s City of Culture 2025: Bradford!

Last week, our marketing team took things outside the office for a change of scenery and chose Bradford 2025 UK City of Culture, as our inspiration destination 🎭✨

Here’s how we spent the day:
☕️ Kicked things off at Darley Street Market for coffee, food, and a “what inspired you last month?” icebreaker

📚 Stopped by Waterstones Bradford, which is actually inside the gorgeous old Wool Exchange building on Market Street, a heritage site looked after by Historic England (one of our favourite customers)

🧠 Got into the real work at Assembly Bradford:
- Looking back at Q2: what worked, what didn’t.
- Aligning on our Q3 campaigns and priorities.
- Making space to connect brand, content, and commercial goals.
- Reflecting on how our work supports the wider Titus mission.

From recognition to new faces (and new coffee), May was a month of progress, connection and celebration:

🏆 We were proud to be shortlisted twice at the Learning Tech Awards with CNN Academy, for Training Initiative of the Year and Early Careers Initiative: a brilliant project with a brilliant team.
🤝 Dec and Luke (AKA our very own rising internet stars and Titus influencers) took the lead at the MemberWise Digital Excellence event, sparking insightful conversations and building valuable connections.
🥾 Training is well underway for our upcoming National 3 Peaks Challenge: expect blisters and big views!
🍼 Celebrating Jess’s exciting news.

We’re proud to announce that our founders Sebastian Francis, Mike Bennett, and Head of Marketing and Purpose Ellie Sharkey have officially joined the Class of 2024 after graduating from the scale-up program powered by Cambridge Judge Business School and Barclays Eagle Labs, funded by the UK Government. 🙌

This wasn’t just any program – it was a transformative experience. Over several months, our SMT collaborated with brilliant minds, tackled real-life business challenges, and embraced new strategies to drive Titus into the future.

A huge congratulations to the entire Class of 2024 🙌 The journey was challenging but rewarding, and now, we’re ready to apply everything we’ve learned.
