Speed up email composition in Outlook with reusable blocks 📧

You can save frequently used text as Quick Parts and reduce repetitive typing across your daily emails.

Step 1 - Open a new email and type out the text you constantly reuse.
Step 2 - Highlight that text and either right-click or...
Step 3 - Go to the Insert tab > click Quick Parts > select Save Selection
Step 4 - Give it a short name and hit OK

The best thing about Google Workspace is the collaboration. Long gone are the days when you have to ask colleagues to leave a doc so you can edit it.

In our training roles, Lauren and I often edit Google Slides decks together, and to make that collaboration easier, we use the Live Pointers feature.
