🌟 Website Design & Recovery Project 🌟
I recently had the pleasure of creating a new website for a counsellor following a challenging experience with previous providers.
After being informed at very short notice that her original website would no longer be hosted, my client sought assistance from another company that promised to transfer her existing website. While some of the content and imagery were migrated, key elements were left incomplete — several images failed to load, links were broken throughout the site, and unfortunately the provider became unresponsive to requests for support.
Having been recommended by one of my existing clients, I worked closely with her to create a new website that not only resolved the previous issues but also introduced several enhancements. I approached the project from a potential client’s perspective, introducing several improvements including:
✔️ Professional and calming imagery to help visitors connect with the counsellor behind the service, including an image of my client
✔️ A dedicated testimonials page to build trust and credibility
✔️ An FAQ section to answer common questions and improve the user experience
✔️ Fully functioning navigation and links throughout the website
One thing I hear far too often is how businesses have been left without support after their website has been built. My approach is different. I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients and being available to help as their business evolves, whether that’s making updates, adding new features, or providing ongoing advice and support.
If you’re looking for a reliable website designer who’ll be there long after your website goes live, I’d be happy to help.
