We are not currently accepting walk-ins, as well as the majority of work at this time.
This is due to extremely high demand for our specialist work and staff illness.
We are willing to look at critically needed jobs (such as those listed below):
- Lost Important Projects: i.e. Dissertations, Research data, etc
- Time-sensitive Estate inheritance work
- Other critical situations
Please email [email protected] with your device, model number, issue, and reason of need - please also make it clear in your email title that it does fall under an urgent repair like the ones stated.
We are working hard to bring you a completely new level of service, even better than our previous and are currently working on implementing the following changes:
- 24hr drop-off and collection
- Improved proof of work documentation
- Improved recycling and donation service
- A big enough team to meet any demand! (see below)*
- Expansion of types of repairs undertaken, including non-electronics. (Our key mission is to reduce things going to waste!)*

We know our service was very important to a lot of people and we miss seeing you all.
