This morning I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and took on the Presidency of BNI Darwin for a meeting. I was anxious my internet would behave and fortunately it did. It was the confidence boost I needed and proof that we sometimes need to be stretched to improve.

Yes I was very nervous, I had our Area Director attend with an hours notice, and I had to remain focused for 90 minutes and then take part in our monthly committee meeting.

As part of the preparation for this morning, I found a closing quote which resonated with me. "It's hard to beat a person who never gives up".
