Throwback to this time last month - when we celebrated Mental Health Awareness Week here in the office! 💚
With a focus on action and mental health in the workplace, our team got involved by:
🥓 Kicking things off with bacon & sausage butty breakfasts for everyone!
🧘♀️ Unwinding with the amazing Sian from , who led us through a brilliant yoga and mindfulness session.
🟢 Wearing green to show our support and raising donations for a local mental health charity.
🎨 Brightening up our space by painting the bricks on our office terrace to add a splash of colour.
✨ Launching our first Wellbeing Newsletter, packed with positive news, helpful advice, and good vibes for the team.
While Mental Health Awareness Week may have wrapped up, creating a positive, supportive workspace never stops. We’ll be striving to keep these good habits going! ✨
