An update on what “warranty” means due to a couple 1 star reviews we recently received by people who don’t seem to understand.
1) we cover manufacturer faults (no physical damage but a fault with the part)
2) if we damage during repair (this should never happen but we are all human)
3) you are NOT covered if you damage your replacement part ( if you have had your screen replaced and YOU damage it, we cannot cover this, you will need insurance for this type of situation)
We are looking into offering in house insurance / cover for those who want to further protect their device. BUT warranty does not cover you damaging your device! This is not something we have made up this is the general rule of thumb throughout every industry!
