Today has been fairly busy for me! I have been to see two local customers and fixed both of their problems out, two in one day! One customer had an issue with their printer not printing out correctly, firstly the customer did not realise it wasn't connected to the internet, so after tinkering and realigning the mechanical parts inside, she is now happy that she can now print in colour, straight from her device.
Another customer had a very slow computer, so I swapped the disk over to a new one and she was blown away how fast it is! She also had problems with the WiFi at home and advised her on a couple of things, she is now delighted to have better connectivity around her home now and the improved performance of her computer.
She even left us a positive testimonial: "I am delighted that my pc is now working so quickly and quietly. It can now be used as intended not as a very slow erratic machine. I feel like I have a pc fit for 2026 thanks to your technical skill and advice. You have completed the task swiftly and certainly reflect the name of your company Swift Computers."
