Adam Oldfield appointed MD of Phoebus Software

Adam Oldfield has been promoted to managing director of Phoebus Software, effective from the 1st July 2024, as Paul Hunt becomes vice chair of the board of directors.

Adam joined Phoebus five years ago as ‘head of sales and account management’. He was then promoted to chief revenue officer, a role he has held for the past 18 months. Adam has worked in the mortgage industry for over twenty years and has increasingly become instrumental in the growth and direction of Phoebus.

Phoebus Software has joined the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association as an associate member.

The business will be represented at IMLA by Richard Pike, chief sales and marketing officer at Phoebus.

Richard Pike says: “We have been supporters of IMLA for many years and our IMLA membership now cements our relationship with this important force for good in the mortgage market. We service mortgages on behalf of several members and so the fit between IMLA and Phoebus is really good. Phoebus’ interaction with other IMLA members will bring valued knowledge and opinions influencing our future strategy and product development.”

Here at Phoebus Software we are proud to support our employees in carrying out a range of volunteering activities including children’s sports coaching and sponsorship, charitable support, youth mentoring and recently we have partnered with Helping Hands Community Project to support the local community. We have committed to host a monthly soup kitchen takeover which involves our employees volunteering to prepare, cook and serve a two course meal to up to 50 visitors.

We have also recently introduced an employee Volunteering Policy which allows us to support our employees in their volunteering pursuits by offering one day's paid leave per year to allow participation in a volunteering opportunity of their choice.

Specialist lender Keystone Property Finance has migrated a second portfolio onto the Phoebus Software servicing platform.

The migration utilised the migrations API that Phoebus has made significant investment in and allows the process to be as automated as possible.
