🖨️The Print Lady doesn’t do cheap print: if that’s what you are looking for I’m really not for you 🖨️

I get it, budgets matter. Which makes it more important to spend wisely, not scrimp on getting your message and ethos across. If you look cheap in print, your audience will think that your service is cheap and of dubious quality or they will be looking for bargain basement deals from you.

A very wise man once said to me ‘Reflect what you want to be’ (or something very similar; it’s on my pin board at home). Another of his pearls was ‘Perception is all that there is’. When you are distributing printed materials, that initial perception of you, your business and the quality of your work is instant. Don’t make it a hard to convince your clients that you are not as cheap as poorly printed materials on a shoe string might suggest.

It’s not about spending more for the sake of it. It’s about spending smart. Making choices that elevate your brand, not just tick a box.

Myth: Sustainable printing means dull colours and flimsy paper (that might have been the very early days of the first recycled papers).

Fact: Nowadays almost all paper and print is sustainable – print is the original sustainable industry with the end product almost always being completely recyclable. The vast majority of our papers are already FSC accredited – it’s pretty hard to find some that aren’t these days – many of the paper merchants and supplied for print are already b corp certified and as a small local business I always source locally where I can to reduce my own carbon footprint.

If I overnight to you – you may sometimes get some ‘interesting’ packaging as I re use and re purpose where I can. And my preferred courier is DPD who pride themselves on their fleet of all electric vehicles.
