We've recently finished an install of an updated diagram at the Severn Bridge Operations Room. The paper diagram was replaced with a new, 6 x 0.5m large dry wipe, magnetic vinyl panel with offset cut-out vinyl lettering. The project ranged from site visit, through client amends, and full-sized hard copy proofs to the final install.

Albeit a lot of companies are winding down for the festive break we had a last minute request for the ever popular 3x3 popup display along with case wrap. Could this be the last one of 2024 or will we get a last minute screamer ? who knows in this trade.

From one day to the next you never know what your going to asked to produce. Recently one of our clients ordered x20 heavy duty outdoor magnetic panels which were printed, laminated, mounted and then round cornered.

Q - I often get asked 'what are doing with those offcuts of 5mm PVC'.

A - I am putting them to good use, utilizing them so they don't go into our general waste.

People are often under the impression that just because they are all different sizes and shapes that these offcuts can't be used. There's nothing wrong with them, yes it takes a little longer to mount each print and trim to the finished size but they still serve a purpose. I hate waste and try to use every piece of media wheither it's printable roll or mounting substrate.
