1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. Let's use this day to break the stigma surrounding mental health and open up conversations about it.
Here are a few simple steps we can all take to support mental health:

π Practice Self-Care: Make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Whether it's reading, meditating, or going for a walk, prioritise your well-being.
π Learn and Share: Educate yourself about mental health and share resources with others. Knowledge is a powerful tool in breaking down barriers.
π Be Kind: Kindness goes a long way. A small act of kindness can brighten someone's day.
π Seek Help: If you or someone you know is struggling, don't hesitate to seek professional help.
