d 5 o’clock deadline, when other repair men usually go home, until the problem is fixed. Once a diagnosis has been made, you are under no obligation to have the repairs carried out by ourselves. We will recommend a course of action to you that we believe will rectify the problem and, if you wish, supply the necessary parts for you to repair yourself. All repairs that are undertaken by Team M-PC are fully guaranteed for 3 months from the date of service. This means that if the identical fault re-occurs within that time it will be re-visited free of charge. For convenience, lengthy or time consuming repairs are done in house at our premises in Staplehurst. This allows us full access to our range of diagnostic/repair software as well as connectivity to the internet for obtaining the latest hardware drivers etc etc. So, no matter what the fault, be it terminal or just plain annoying, why not give us a call.
