Hello all,

Here’s an update on what we're doing here at Heaton Computers.

Firstly, we are still open! The Government has deemed IT to be an essential service - I'm sure most of you would agree!

So, for everyone’s safety and to ensure correct social distancing we have implemented a 1 in, 1 out policy. We have measured a ‘safe distance’ from the counter, which is clearly marked on the floor. Please respect this distance marker and don’t approach the counter.

We are wearing gloves, wiping all machines and hard surfaces down with anti-bac wipes, and have hand sanitising gel for ourselves and our customers.

Deliveries are being a bit slow and sporadic at the moment, so if we do have to order any parts for you, we will outline the expected delivery date.

We will also soon be offering a contactless pick-up and drop-off service. More details on that to come (once relevant insurances are in place).

In the meantime, stay safe everyone, and thank you for your continued support.
