Incap published its half-year report for January–June 2026. Revenue increased by 21.1% year-on-year and amounted to EUR 130.2 million. Comparable EBITA amounted to EUR 11.7 million, representing 9.0% of revenue.

👏 A successful two days at !

Our Incap UK team had a fantastic experience at this year’s event in London, filled with valuable , new , and insightful with innovators from across the and technology sectors.

Events like Hardware Pioneers Max provide an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, explore emerging technologies, and stay connected to the latest developments in electronics , product development, and industrial innovation. Throughout the exhibition, our team enjoyed meeting engineers, designers, technology leaders, and industry professionals, gaining valuable perspectives on current challenges and future opportunities.

The event was characterised by a positive atmosphere and a strong spirit of collaboration. From engaging technical discussions to informal networking conversations, it once again demonstrated the strength, expertise, and creativity of the engineering .

Congratulations! Adam Ryder has been appointed Managing Director of Incap Electronics UK as of June 17, 2026. He is responsible for leading the UK operations, including production, customer delivery and overall business performance. In addition, he will become a member of Incap’s extended management team.

Adam Ryder has been with Incap UK (formerly AWS Electronics) since 2005 and has held several roles within the company across quality, account management and commercial functions. In these positions, he has been responsible for customer relationships and business development and has developed broad experience in electronics manufacturing operations and customer delivery.

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our colleague Victoria Baines, Coating Team Leader at Incap UK.

Victoria has been recognized with two remarkable awards for her exceptional dedication and service as a Special Constable with Police.

🏆 In 2026, she received the Staffordshire Association of Women in Policing – Special Constable of the Year Award, presented by Deputy Chief Constable Caroline Marsh.

🏅 Earlier this year, Victoria was also awarded the Royal Humane Society Certificate of Commendation by Sir Ian Dudson, Lord Lieutenant of Staffordshire, in recognition of saving the lives of a mother and her baby.

Since joining the Special Constabulary in 2020, Victoria has an incredible 1,408 hours across 227 duties, demonstrating extraordinary commitment alongside her full time professional role at Incap UK.

Victoria’s dedication, courage, and commitment to serving the community are truly inspiring. We are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Incap Corporation team. Congratulations, Victoria! 👏
