I'm now in my third week as CEO at kwiboo and what’s changed?
Honestly, not too much.
That’s because we’ve always been good at what we do. So my goal isn’t to change for the sake of it, it’s to grow intentionally. 🚀
Here’s what I’ve been focusing on:
1️⃣ Reconnecting with existing customers.
They already know and trust us, so how else can we help them?
2️⃣ Reaching out to people we’ve worked with before.
They may be in new roles, new companies and might need reminding we’re still here, still delivering.
3️⃣ Finding new clients who need what we offer.
Helping businesses replace fragile spreadsheets with scalable web platforms. Building apps. Automating the manual. 💡
I’ll be honest: sales has never come naturally to me.
But what I’ve learned is that people buy from people they trust. 🤝
✅ Deliver what you say you will
✅ Build the relationship
✅ Be honest, even if it means saying: “Let’s not build everything from day one. Let’s start small, deliver value, then scale.”
💬 In times like these, people are cautious about spending. And they should be.
But when they do spend, they need to know it’s with someone who’ll deliver on time, on budget, and without the fluff.
