Not because it's terrible.

Because when you've looked at your own website approximately 7,482 times, you stop seeing it like a customer does.

You know where everything is.

You know what everything means.

You already know what you sell.

Your potential customer doesn't.

So here's something REALLY useful you can do with ChatGPT:

Because one topic can become:

• A shorter Instagram post
• A few Threads posts
• A TikTok or Reel
• An email
• A blog post
• A discussion post

That's basically a week's content from ONE idea.

Last night I went to see The Karate Kid at the theatre.

The performance was incredible.
But I found myself just as fascinated by what was happening beneath the stage.

A conductor sat at a keyboard with an old fashioned ring binder full of sheet music.

Page after page.

No tablet.

No autocue..

Just years of training, instinct, and complete focus.

Around him were musicians, each playing their part with absolute precision.

It made me smile.

We're constantly told technology is replacing people..

Yet one of the biggest theatre productions in the country still depends on real musicians, real talent, and people who've dedicated years to mastering their craft.

The keyboards are modern.

The lighting is spectacular
The sound system is unbelievable.

Technology enhances the performance.

It doesn't create the passion.
And I think that's exactly where AI belongs too.

I use AI every single day in my business.

It helps me think faster, work smarter, and save time.

But it isn't me.

It doesn't have my experience.
It doesn't have my judgement.
It doesn't know my clients.
It doesn't care whether someone leaves feeling inspired.

The magic still comes from the human behind the tool.

Watching that conductor quietly turning pages while an entire theatre hung on every note was a reminder that mastery never goes out of fashion.

Technology changes.

Tools evolve.

But passion, creativity, and years of practice?

Those are still impossible to automate.

expectations

business strategies

pressure

constant urgency

the idea that you have to run yourself into the ground to succeed

I’ve spent too many years believing I had to keep carrying things that were hurting me.
These days, peace matters more.

And honestly? My business got better when I stopped building it around stress.

People often assume The One Woman Club started because I love AI and systems.

But honestly, it started because I was drowning.

For 18 years I have built my business around real life, not perfect life.

While caring for a child with severe anxiety.

Another with autism.

Living through domestic abuse and coercive control.

Managing my own anxiety and depression.

And recently being diagnosed with CPTSD.

There were periods where I completely disappeared from my business.

Days where I hid from work, messages, people, even friends and family because everything felt too much.

And the hardest part was that most business advice made me feel worse.

More behind.

More overwhelmed.

More like I was failing at something everybody else seemed able to handle.

What I actually needed was not more pressure.

I needed a calmer way to run a business.

A way to keep going even when my energy dipped.

A way to stay present without burning myself into the ground.

A way to stop feeling like I had to become a different person to succeed.

So slowly, over time, I built systems around real life.

Not hustle. Not rigid routines. Not pretending every week looks the same.

Gentle structure. Simple AI support. Low energy workflows. Ways to reduce the mental load instead of adding to it.

And that eventually became The One Woman Club.

Because I know I am not the only woman trying to build a business while carrying a whole invisible life behind the scenes.

You might be a one woman business. But you should not have to do it all alone.

Same layouts.
Same icons.
Same emotional hooks.
Same polished AI aesthetic.

Everything looks “good” now.

That’s the problem.

AI is brilliant for ideas, structure and speed.

But if you let it lead your branding completely, your business starts looking like everyone else’s.

Use AI to support your voice.
Not replace it.

Because if people can remove your logo and nobody knows it’s you…

that’s not branding.
