There are some great helpful howto, hints and tips for our Support Agreement Clients and everyone else who hasn't taken out our personal IT support service. There is Option 1 which is still at the incredibly low price of £180 per annum. This includes Avast Full Business-class CloudCare Antivirus and firewall (without the ads you'll be glad to know!) Also you get free remote access support, telephone support (yes we are real!) for now ;) 3 x 40 minute callouts at no charge other than our normal £18 visit charge, a monthly newsletter and you get us and our 35 years worth of experience in dealing with people. We are a people business and we talk English not technobabble and we also have a whole host of addons including an Annual Service (included in Option 1 of our support agreement. The most important thing is that when you see us in your home we are courteous, give you time to explain and in return we reward our clients with a loyalty discount of 10% off our normal labour rates. You can pay by card or BACS or cash if you wish and you will always receive a receipt and invoice if you need it.
