I understand that your business depends on CPS LTD ability to provide reliable, IT hardware and support, so in light of the recent developments around the Coronavirus outbreak within the UK, I would like to share with you the measures that I have implemented to ensure minimal disruption.
Due to the flexibility of being mobile, I will be able to collect any PC if necessary and work on it back at the workshop, cleaning all units with the appropriate antibacterial wipes. Over the last few weeks, I have been making preparations to support any increase in demand for remote access. I have provided a link on the web site for you to download the various versions which support windows and Mac OS. As such, I have the capacity to work from home, should self-isolation become necessary.
As part of my duty of care, I will be following the NHS Guidelines for hand washing and in addition using hand sanitisers and tissues when working on Client’s PC.
I am confident that I will be able to tackle current health concerns appropriately and professionally, whilst maintaining an undisrupted flow of services.
