We're excited to announce that Convenient Cash is opening soon! We shall be officially open to the public on Saturday 6th June.

Before our official opening we'll be hosting two dedicated days for you to extend your agreement or repurchase your items. If you're not available on these days then please don't worry, your items are completely safe (please see our Questions post).

🗓️ When: Next Thursday 4th June & Next Friday 5th June.
📍Where: Convenient Cash, 34-35 Commercial Road, Swindon SN1 5NS
⚠️ Requirement: Appointments for these two days are strictly required. Walk-ins cannot be processed.

How to secure your items:

Provide your full name and agreement/contract number if you have it.

Choose your preferred day (Thursday or Friday). Let us know what times you're available.

Our team will reply with an available scheduled time slot. Please remember to bring your original paperwork and valid photo ID to your appointment.

Your Questions Answered about Convenient Cash

We know many of you have questions following the transition from Cash Converters. We want to be as transparent as possible as we prepare to open our doors!

Q: Is my item safe?
A: Absolutely. All items previously held by Cash Converters have been securely transferred to Convenient Cash. They are safe, insured, and stored exactly where they were before.

Q: Will you honour my existing Buyback contract?
A: Yes. We are committed to our customers and will honour the terms of your original agreements. You won't lose out because of the change in ownership.

Q: What if my contract expired while the store was closed?
A: We understand the store was inaccessible during the liquidation process. We will be offering a grace period of 30 days for all contracts that expired during the closure. Please come and see us as soon as we open to extend or settle your agreement.

Q: When can I collect my items?
A: We are working hard on a few final behind the scenes legalities and a store refresh. We will announce our official opening date right here on Facebook soon!

Q: Can I still sell items to you and do Buybacks?
A: Absolutely! We will be open for buying, selling, and all our usual services from Day 1.
