In a nutshell, MDM is mobile device management that a company would put on its employeeโ€™s phones to monitor usage / enable + disable certain apps.

Most importantly, the company who have put the MDM software on can BRICK + DISABLE the phone at any point โŒ

MDM software can be pre-loaded remotely to a phone, meaning brand new sealed phones can come with this software on.

We have checks available to us that can detect for this software, so we are covered โœ”๏ธ

Last month we had a nightmare with Royal Mail, instead of delivering ยฃ3500 worth of MacBookโ€™s to one of our business customers, they somehow managed to deliver to a completely different address 400+ miles away from where they were supposed to go ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Then came along Arsenโ€ฆ.
Arsen received this parcel to his house completely out of the blue and found our business name on the shipping label before ringing us to save the day ๐Ÿ™Œ

Itโ€™s safe to say we sent Arsen something special to say thank you ๐Ÿคฉ
