๐ง The Value of a Second Opinion
A customer recently contacted us for a second opinion after being advised that their laptop required both a screen replacement and a replacement motherboard.
The customer had already spent considerable time trying to get the issue resolved and wanted another assessment before proceeding.
Following our own diagnostics, we found the motherboard was functioning correctly and that the only fault was a damaged display assembly.
After replacing the screen, the laptop was fully restored and returned to the customer in full working order.
This is why thorough diagnostics are so important. Not every fault requires the most expensive solution, and taking the time to identify the root cause can save both time and money.
