Not every job needs a full wrap to make an impact.

For Velrain's Ford Custom L1 H1 300 Trail EBlue, we combined a full colour digitally printed rear and side quarter wrap with CAD cut graphics - a mix that keeps things sharp without going overboard.

Once artwork's approved, the job moves into production. We get the graphics printed, check them over and then prepped ready for our fitters. It's a stage that doesn't get much attention, but it's where the accuracy and finish really start to take shape.

Get it right here, and the install on the day runs smoothly. Get it wrong, and it can show in the end result!

It's all part of how we make sure every job goes out looking exactly as it should.

Remember the 100 vehicles we teased last week for TPS - Trade Parts for Volkswagen Group Vehicles ? Here's what they look like now.

Full list of what went through the unit: Caddy, Caddy Maxi, Transporter SWB and LWB, Crafter MWB and LWB, and the ID Cargo Buzz.

All of them got the same treatment - a lower half wrap with digitally printed CAD cut graphics 👏

The whole point of a job like this is that every single vehicle matches, whether it's number 1 or number 100.

Not every day you get to wrap a concrete mixer, so we enjoyed this one.

This is one of Any Time Concrete's vehicles, now with a full colour digitally printed wrap across the lower half of the cab, and graphics to the mixer.

Funny thing about a mixer like this - it's out on site or on the road pretty much non-stop, so more people end up seeing it in a day than most vehicles see in a week.

👀 Something big is happening at our unit right now...

100 vehicles. And counting. ✅

Another huge batch of vehicles has just landed with us for the latest round of TPS - Trade Parts for Volkswagen Group Vehicles branding.

It's the same story every time with fleet work like this: keep the branding consistent across every single vehicle, don't let quality slip because there's a lot of them, and get them back on the road as fast as we can without cutting corners.

But we won't be showing you the finished ones yet. That's for next week 😉
