If your thinking about having an Ultrashort throw projector there are some things you need to know.

1. Ultra Short throw projectors require precision to set up if you move the projector three millimetres you could be out 50cm on the screen.
2. The auto screen setup software very rarely works so it really comes down to having experience with understanding projector technology to overcome

3. For most people with Ultra Short throw having a screen over 100' is the draw. But this means the projector needs to sit at least 30cm /40cm off the wall, meaning traditional furniture needs to be pulled away from the wall, this normally means this exposes all your HDMI, network and power cables plugged into the wall behind leaving a odd messy looking setup.

Fear not Kinetic have felt your pain and come up with bespoke furniture designed for Ultra short throw projectors and even a place for a sound bar to beef up that sound, this example is Denver oaks but there's also a black and white version to blend with your decor. From experience being a AV installer AV systems that perform well follow cabling standards with good access for maintenance and retrieving cables for future upgrades. This means you need a channeling system so cables can move freely. Media walls are the perfect solution both aesthetically and from a AV engineering perspective. Up until now media walls have been reserved for clients with a larger budgets but no longer, we now work with a factory in Stockport that will design and flat pack bespoke creations in half the time for half the price!
