TQ Beerworks is running Games Nights every Monday (6-10pm) with video games, board games, card games and tournaments coming soon.
Grab some friends, grab a beer, and have unwind for a couple of hours.
You might even end up talking to real humans and making a few new friends.. like the old days.
I'm sure you'll be seeing us down there each week once we’re finished up with clearing out the shop.

I could probably stay another week to milk a hundred bucks, but honestly, there's nothing keeping here anymore, I've checked out. I'm sorry.
We've still got bits of stock that we'll be getting rid off in bulk joblots, I'll post them here over the next few days before they go online.

Right.. I’ll be honest with you.
I really thought today was going to be our last day open.
But there’s still just too much stuff left on the shelves.
So here we are, bonus round.
👉 Everything remaining in Retrograde is now clearance priced
👉 And if you’re buying a stack, I’ll absolutely do you a deal
5 for £1 on DVDs, 75 for £10, better than half price on all blu-rays, more discounts on remaining games.
At this point it’s simple:
what’s left just needs to go.
So if you’ve been meaning to pop in one last time,
fancy grabbing some ridiculously cheap games or films,
or want to help finish clearing out a little local shop..

What’s left on the shelves is now priced to clear. Once it's gone, We're gone.

If you’ve ever been into Retrograde, there’s a good chance you’ve unknowingly got this man to thank for some of it.
My friend Sammy, who I used to run Gamesnation with back in the day (Yes, that Sammy) has been one of the few people in this industry who’s genuinely helped me behind the scenes while I’ve been running the shop. Advice, support, stock help, sanity checks, the lot.
So it only feels right that while this page is still alive and kicking, I send some love back his way ❤️

So.. once the doors close at Retrograde, I’m planning to disappear for a little bit.
Nothing dramatic,
Just a much needed break.
Reset the brain, Touch some grass,
Remember what evenings and weekends feel like again.
But after that..I'm up for grabs, I’ll officially be a free agent.
So if you know me, like me, and think
“yeah he’s alright actually”
and you’ve got something going where a slightly worn-out but very experienced game/media/people person might fit, Then give me a shout (but not yet, I couldn't care less at the moment)
