Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 31k per year
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth functioning
* Supervise and support shop staff, including scheduling and training
* Maintain high standards of customer service
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the shop
* Assist in achieving sales targets and business goals
Requirements :
* Proven experience in retail or a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
