It’s already been a week since !

Two incredible days of connecting with HR and people professionals, sharing insights, and talking all things employee listening.

The Wellbeing Stage at CIPD Festival of Work has been packed with valuable insights this morning, especially Lauren Davis’ session on practical strategies for supporting wellbeing within people teams.

One takeaway that really resonated with us was the simple reminder to slow down.

As Lauren put it: “The answer might be to be more gentle with yourself.”

We’re passionate about creating workplaces where people feel heard, supported, and valued. Conversations like these are an important reminder that wellbeing starts with understanding what people need and making space for those needs to be acknowledged.
