Just a little bit of detail about me, what I’ve done and hopefully what I can achieve for you! After A-levels and studying a Foundation course in art and exhibiting at New Designers in London, I graduated with a 1st Class Hons. in Interior Textile and Floor Covering Design. From there I worked for a company designing interior textiles which were taken to design shows in the UK and abroad. After fr
eelancing for a few places designing wallpaper and fabric, I got a job with a major greetings card company as a graphic designer, artist and technical artist designing cards, wrap and packaging for a number of high street clients which I loved and whom I stayed with for a number of years until starting a family. During the time raising my family, I have still been keeping up with my passion for art by designing gifts for family and friends and also by spending a few years at a local art club! I got accepted into the Wolverhampton Society Of Artists in 2019 and some of my work is in the centenary book that was presented by the mayor. I am very passionate about art and I hand draw everything using a pen and paper or my trusty wacom and pen! - For my pet portraits, I do not use digital apps which change your photo into a ‘painting’ at the touch of a button - my creations can take many hours, but I believe that to capture the real character of a pet, you need to take your time! I hope that I can work with you and look forward to what we can create together!
