Here is what to look for:

1️⃣ The Delivery Text: (Scam #1) If you get a text about a "re-delivery fee," do not click the link. It's a trick to steal your details. Always go to the official app or website to track parcels.

2️⃣ The "Microsoft" Call: (Scam #2) Microsoft will never call you to say your PC has an error. If someone does, hang up immediately. It is a scammer trying to gain access to your computer.

3️⃣ The Broadband Refund: (Scam #3) Unexpected call about a refund from BT or Virgin? Hang up and call your provider back on their official number—not the one the caller gave you.

The Golden Guru Rule: Legitimate companies will never cold-call you to fix a PC error or demand payment via a text link.

💡 Suspect you’ve been compromised? Turn off your WiFi immediately and call the experts. We can securely check your system for malware before it’s too late.
