I've worked in the IT support industry for over 25 years and established Pain Free Computer Support in 2013. Lived in and around Northwich for over 40 years, and I strive to provide fast and reliable local IT support to the people of Cheshire.

Asked David for his help on my old computer. He was prompt, put my husband and I at ease with his professional approach. My computer was turning over so very slow and driving me up the wall. Given it was a little sentimental as it belonged to my late father, I asked David if he could put it back to efficient working order. He did just that, was a couple of days turnaround and now my computer is working great. A job well done by David. I can highly recommend him and also his rate was reasonable. We will not hesitate to call him again should we have further issues.
It is quite unnerving looking for honest professionals out there nowadays but he solved our computer problems with ease. The thing I appreciated was that he came to us and I didn’t have to walk down a street with my computer under arm etc and just handing it over to anyone.
Don’t hesitate if you have computer issues. Cannot believe I struggled with my computer for near 2 years but since David sorted it I can now switch on and know it functions with speed.

I’ve used David before so I knew what to expect, and as usual, he delivered. I rang him Friday about a problem I had with my computer, he said he couldn’t come today, which I didn’t expect him to, but could come in the morning at 10.30 am. At 10.15 am he rang to say he was running a little behind but would be here at 11 am. Most wouldn’t bother ringing but sure enough, he was here at 11 and soon sorted my problem out at a reasonable cost. Thanks again David.
