We are pleased to announce the rollout of a new 'Restricted View Seating' feature designed to improve accessibility and transparency within your booking systems.

When patrons select seats for any screening via your Website, Mobile App, or Self-Service Kiosks, a popup notification will alert them if any chosen seats are designated as 'restricted view'. This enhancement ensures that customers receive clear, timely information, supporting a more accessible and informed booking experience.

At Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals, beginning with version .843 and above, restricted view seats are now clearly indicated in the information section available to staff during seat selection. This enables your team to advise customers accordingly before completing a transaction.

Last Thursday, we had the privilege of attending the grand reopening of the Omniplex in Sunderland.

Joe Davison, our Senior Web Developer, who has been working diligently on the Omniplex Kiosk and Mobile app over the past 12 months, was excited to see how this technology fitted into the new Sunderland site to support them in providing their guests with a unique cinema experience.

We would like to thank Omniplex for taking the time to show Joe and our CEM Kieren around their fantastic new venue, and they both really enjoyed their viewing of 'The Roses', a film they both agreed was definitely worth seeing!
