Nintendo switch lite - Big Nintendo refused to work on this 🙄

I stepped up, replaced the damaged game card connector and the battery connector 😎

Another week at DalyRepairs, another HDMI port 🫡

PS5… again… 👀 and it wouldn’t be a PS5 HDMI port repair without sorting the classic APU hotspot out either 🙂‍↕️

Time for an Xbox Series X for a change!

In for HDMI port and upon further testing it also required a replacement PSU due to it no longer outputting 12v 😢

Bother HDMI port replaced and PSU replaced and it’s back up and running for more summer holiday gaming 😎

At this point I might rename to DalyPS5 Repairs 🤨

PS5 slim requiring HDMI port repair. This one was also quite full of dust as well as the infamous hot spot on the APU 🔥

We gave it the DalyRepairs special while stripped down, full internal clean, liquid metal renewal and of course the HDMI port replaced.

A first for me on PS5 repairs 😅 (I’ve repaired a lot)

The glue yeah that’s right, glue that Sony use to attach the heatsink to the base plate failed causing this PS5 to overheat 🔥🌶️

Heatsink bonded back to the base plate, Liquid Metal renewed and it’s back up and running to keep gaming 🫶🏼

Overheating PS5 🔥

These are an absolute dust magnet as well as the classic hot spot making an appearance on the APU 🌶️

Full interior detail and Liquid Metal back to full coverage! I had fun playing the new Lego Batman too - for testing purposes of course🦇🕺

Here we have a PS5 with no display 😢

HDMI port needed replacing due to damage as well as a serious clean out of the internals 🧹

After a full strip down and clean up, it’s back up and running again 😎

Nintendo Switches are not waterproof as it turns out! 🚿

This Switch took a swim in the bath 😅 quite a bit of corrosion found on the inside…

After some time spent stripping the switch down and cleaning all the corrosion, as well as both joycon batteries replace we brought it back to life 🛟

Time for another PS5 HDMI port replacement 🤝

This one also required a capacitor replacing too due to the damaged port breaking it off 😢

While we’re have it stripped down, we gave it the usual - Full interior and exterior clean as well as Liquid Metal replacement to keep those hot spots away 😎
