In all seriousness, the power of professional, purposeful and impactful branding is undeniable. You could have the most amazing product or service, but people won’t take you seriously then they’ll never get to experience it.

One of the reasons why investing in custom brand design is such a good decision, is that as designers, we can custom make and manipulate text to create stunning, totally unique-to-you, custom type that will help you stand apart from all the others in your space. There’s no way you’ll end up with similar branding to someone else, plus your brand will be memorable!

I hand drew most of the little flourishes and ligatures in new brand identity, meaning that it is totally unique to her and her business!

Making the decision to invest in brand design is one thing, deciding who you trust to work with you on this journey is another! Choosing a brand designer might seem a daunting task, but one of the main questions that you should be asking yourself is ‘Do I like their style?’ Yes designers can design in different styles, but you can usually see from their social media and website the sort of style that they excel in. Some prefer bold, colourful designs, others like a laidback boho vibe, and others may opt for a stripped back, minimal and luxury approach. I would say that my style is modern and sophisticated with little artistic and elegant touches that my clients simply love! Ask me to draw something completely bespoke and beautiful for you and I am in heaven!

The first half of 2023 really has been a blast. Success is achieved through consistency. It doesn’t matter what you are attempting to achieve – running a marathon, losing weight, building a brand, success relies upon your commitment to being consistent.

When it comes to branding, consistent implementation is paramount to achieving impact and recognition. Your audience will get to know your brand and most importantly, remember it! There is little point to investing in a new brand if you don’t do the work implementing it correctly and consistently. This includes correct usage of brand colours, fonts and logo positions.

When designing your social media posts, Canva templates are a godsend. They will ensure all of your posts are on brand, aesthetically pleasing and of course – consistent!
