Headphone bar upgrade complete… extended the shelf with a nice bit of oiled oak and a glass top. Took a while between sanding and reapplying layers but a few coats got a nice shine to it. We stock a range of headphones from focalaudio abyssheadphones and Sennheiser to name a few plus a complementary selection if headphone amps and sources to match. In the picture is the Abyss 1266phi-tc running off a Pathos Inpol Ear headphone amps and an Ideon EOS stream, Time and DAC as our source.

Customer was listing to Smooth Operator in this mornings demo so it’s now stuck in my head and playing on every system here :).

The new ARCAM Radia series of speakers is out on demo now and running in nicely. With a feature available on their SA35, SA45 and upcoming AVA models that seeing the output perfectly match your Arcam speaker, this will guarentee system synergy as the manufacturer intended.

We were fortunate enough to be at the Bowers & Wilkins 800 D5 launch in Vienna, but the geek in me was far more excited about the factory visit we'd had the week before, to see the new D5 in production and get an early listening session in. Now the NDA has passed and all my worldly possessions are no longer on the line, here's a link to our blog for the full tour and first impressions.

O Audio Icon 12 speakers sounding sublime off a couple of different combinations but putting some more hours on them now with the Gryphon 333, Ideon ION and Innuos Zen NG. Some Snarky Puppy playing away atm, loving everything I’m hearing so far.

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year from everyone at Nintronics.

It was surprisingly difficult to round up the entire team for one photo, so a few familiar faces are missing here, a shame, as every member of the team plays a vital role, both front-facing and logistics behind the scenes.

It’s been a busy end to another full and rewarding year, and we’d like to sincerely thank you for your continued support. We’re incredibly fortunate to work in an industry that truly is our passion, and even more so to share that passion with all of you. As I always say, a bad day at work is listening to some music and maybe watching a movie... I have truly nothing to complain about.

As we look ahead, we’re excited for what the year has in store. We’ll be continuing to revamp and expand our demo facilities, introducing some exciting new brands, returning to hosting open days and events, and welcoming a few new members into the Nintronics family.

We hope to see many of you in the year ahead.
