It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s focus is on Action and how we show up for ourselves, someone else and all of us.

One of the ways we support this is at TPSquared is through our daily morning WIFLE – a simple check-in that helps encourage open communication and gives our team a moment to share what’s on their mind. It’s a small part of the day, but one that helps us stay connected and mindful of one another as we move on to our priorities.

We’re also proud to support our team beyond the day-to-day. Through our partnership with Paycare, everyone has access to health cash plans and a range of wellbeing services. And through NABS, there’s always expert advertising, marketing and media industry training and support on hand for those moments when it’s needed most.

Giving students a real taste of creative agency interviews. 🟨 🟨

From CVs and digital portfolios to thoughtful, honest feedback from working studios, we loved supporting this year’s round of mock interviews with third‑year Graphic Design students at the University of Wolverhampton.

It was a pleasure to see so much creativity, clear thinking, and genuine enthusiasm for the craft and for what comes next. There’s some brilliant talent emerging, and we’re proud to play a small part in their journey.

We blinked and March was gone – but what a month it was.

With projects ranging from shop signage and window graphics to education toolkits, sales training workbooks and motorcycle service books, March kept our studio buzzing with creativity and collaboration.

🟨 Carolyn joined an inspiring panel discussion hosted by Fiona Latter alongside Alice Hargreaves and Laura Bladon. The session took place during Neurodiversity Celebration Week in partnership with Thrive at Work and the West Midlands Combined Authority.

🟨 Miss Chief Threads created two limited‑edition designs for this year's Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference in collaboration with Dr Clare Roberts-Molloy, and was out in full force at the event itself – a day filled with energy, inspiration and real community spirit.

🟨 We proudly sponsored the Wolverhampton International Women’s Day Conference, supporting Clare with the design and production of the event lanyards. It was also fantastic to support our client, Katherine Wheater-Ayre of Jointing Tech, as she delivered authentic and deeply motivating insights on the Techpreneurs Panel.

🟨 Community impact remained front and centre as we continued supporting local charities. We were delighted to be the design sponsors for the Sponsored Breaks 5th Anniversary Black Tie Ball, bringing the event theme to life through artwork and print management across all touchpoints – from the invitation to the table plan, event programmes to shot bottles.
