Are you an experienced project Co-Ordinator with a strong background in civils, telecoms, street works, permitting and traffic management?
We're looking for a proactive Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our utility and telecoms projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Managing job estimates and updating project management systems.
🔹 Raising, tracking, and maintaining street works permits and notices in line with NRSWA requirements.
🔹 Liaising with local authorities to submit, monitor, and amend permits, ensuring compliance with legislation and client requirements.
🔹 Coordinating traffic management requirements to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
🔹 Recording and allocating DFE and synthetic codes to operational teams.
🔹 Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring job packs are completed before project close-out.
🔹 Producing reports and supporting payment processes for operational teams and subcontractors.
🔹 Investigating outstanding DFE and payment queries, working with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
🔹 Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, clients, and operational teams to ensure works are delivered on programme.
We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Experience in a civils, telecoms, utilities, permitting and traffic management.
✔ A good understanding of NRSWA legislation, street works noticing, and permit requirements.
✔ Experience liaising with local authorities regarding permits and reinstatement requirements.
✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects and competing deadlines.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using project management systems.
✔ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, local authorities, and operational teams.
