Good morning world!!! Absolutely love working with Jessica Shuker. Photographing her The Retrofit Exchange: 'Women in Construction' Network event on Tuesday was an absolute pleasure again. Jess has an incredible eye for picking beautiful and intimate locations to host her workshops as well as arranging thought-provoking topics to discuss.

This time we discussed 'imposter-syndrome', how it holds us back oh too often, but more importantly, how we over come this. We all left feeling very inspired so thank you Jess.

Good morning world!!! I love exploring creativity in photography. I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Alan Mincher from Mincher Properties to capture a beautiful home in Wolverhampton for sale. I met Alan at Charlotte Davies' Netwalk and Talk' event, that I attend regularly to make new connections and build relationships with other business owners.

I find joy in what I do. I love that I get to pursue my dreams and build my business, Alexander Media Creative, that serves the interests of my clients, tailoring my services to their needs and seeing the results elevate their presence online.

Remember to find joy in whatever you're doing this week, whether you're taking a break over the half term or working for clients/employer or working on your business. I know life can be tough at times, but take some time to remind yourself what makes you enjoy the things you do.

‘WE ARE GOING UP SAY WE ARE GOING UP!!!!!!’ Incredible scenes yesterday as Hednesford Town FC win the playoff game on penalties 5-4 to gain promotion!!!! What an absolutely glorious experience to be a part of!!!!

Another incredible night at Keys Park with Hednesford Town FC beating Stockton Town FC 2-0 to progress to the Playoff Finals next Monday!! They showed great grit and determination to win the game and shared their celebrations with the fans at the end of the game!! Here are a few moments from last night’s great result. Also great to see a lot of families and young children in attendance too.

Good morning world!!! I loved being in the room and capturing the event highlights of the Wolverhampton International Women's Day Conference 2026 in March. Over the past three years, I have built very strong relationships with female led business owners and workers in the work place and so to hear the stories in the room from the female speakers was incredibly inspiring. Good morning world!!! I was invited by Jessica Shuker to capture the highlights of the ‘She Builds Birmingham Networking Event’ in Birmingham yesterday. As a male, it was a privilege to be trusted to carefully capture the amazing energy in the room and facilitate the celebration of women in the construction industry. I also provided a complimentary headshot for each lady in attendance.

We learned yesterday about the importance of female presence in male dominated industries, such as the construction industry, to bring balance to working cultures, decision making and innovation. Jessica Shields Coaching led the sessions teaching the room about the importance of personal empowerment, positioning and self regulation. Our day was wonderfully hosted by .
