This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (11-17th May) and this year's theme is about 'taking action'.

At Alertacall, we're very aware that with a growing ageing population, people are at risk of becoming isolated, which, if left unchecked, can affect mental health.

Our contact centre team are fantastic at 'taking action' and checking that our 'OKEachDay®' customers are OK in their properties. They make time to have a chat with our customers, especially those who are most vulnerable and enjoy calling them on special occasions, such as birthdays and even on Christmas Day.
