Don't forget! - If you are already one of our customers you can automatically create a magic support ticket for our service desk to action by emailing us at - [email protected]. This includes support, questions, new orders and anything else relating to business tech requirements.
As soon as the ticket is assigned to one of our engineers (automatically) they will investigate further as quick as possible.
Sometimes when you email someone directly they might not be available, by emailing the above email address it collectively goes to the right engineer[s] on call on that day.
