Join the J Team.

We’re looking for a CAD Technician to join our growing team at Jooced. Previous CAD/design experience is preferred, however attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn are equally important.

The role will involve producing:•

✔️Smart home & automation layouts
✔️Cinema room construction drawings
✔️Rack elevations & wiring schedules
✔️Technical system schematics

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and/or Visio preferred.

Whether you’re an experienced CAD technician or a recent design graduate looking to enter an exciting technology industry - we’d love to hear from you.

Designed for ultimate movie nights, immersive audio and a true big screen experience, this one is going to be something else.

A truly design led space where performance meets craftsmanship. Finished in Stiffkey Blue with elegant brass inlay detailing, the room blends high performance audio with stunning handmade joinery throughout.

A striking 5m x 3m Infinity star ceiling forms the centrepiece ✨, with the sound system and acoustic treatments seamlessly integrated behind bespoke wall finishes.

To complete the space, a bespoke cinema bar features to***co oak joinery with backlit marble panelling, alongside a stunning custom 5m wide motorised lounger sofa for the ultimate viewing experience.

A new smart home transformation begins 👀

This week we’ve started retrofitting a 5-year-old new build with a complete Control4 smart home system 1 including networking, multi-room audio, CCTV, touchscreens and wireless lighting control throughout.

In this first update, takes us behind the scenes as the team begins early first-fix cabling in a lived-in home — always one of the most challenging (and rewarding) stages of a retrofit.

Plenty more to come as this project progresses.

A quick-fire visit to to catch up on the latest developments shaping both the smart home and cinema world — from control and lighting through to acoustics, audio and seating.

Trips like this are all about learning, listening and bringing fresh thinking back into our projects — so we can keep raising the bar for our clients.

To round off the visit, we finished on a real high at the Partner Awards, where we were incredibly proud to receive the 2026 Control4 Circle of Excellence Award.
