✨ Behind every great team is a mix of perspectives. ✨

This week, we’re celebrating the value our neurodivergent colleagues bring to our teams.

We hosted a series of mini games designed to spark insight and open up conversations around the challenges neurodivergent individuals can face in the workplace. These sessions helped build understanding and encouraged more inclusive ways of working.

We were also joined by Dr Shilpi Sharma, an academic and clinical expert in autism, who delivered an insightful webinar on neurodiversity in the workplace.

At Open GI, we’re committed to creating a culture that reflects the communities we serve, where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.

2) Aleksandar Filimanovski was the lucky winner of the Vasilica 26 coin in the Skopje office. Vasilica (Lucky Coin Day), celebrated on 14 January, involves special bread with a coin hidden inside, believed to bring luck, health, and prosperity for the year.

3) Goce Shapkaroski received the Vasilica 26 coin in the Ohrid office.
