Another Apple issue this week for this Macbook Pro. The customer saw our post on the iMac and contacted us to say they had the same issue with an old Macbook Pro that was accidentally completely wiped. They had been quoted £70 to fix the laptop and we completed the work for half that and all done within 24 hours. As well as reinstalling the operating system we also completed a full health check and installed all the latest updates.

Lastest fix for one of our customers who accidentally deleted everything off their Apple iMac to the point it would not boot up. We performed a fresh install of the operating system to correct the problem and then performed a health check to make sure all other aspects of the iMac were working correctly. All work was completed in less than 24 hours to make sure the customer was not without a computer for too long.

Smashed your laptop screen? No problem we have you covered!

This Acer Chromebook came into us after a little accident. We identified the correct replacement part which in this case also had to have the touch screen feature. Quoted the customer and scheduled the repair. The new screen is fitted and looks as good as new. We also performed a hardware test on the Laptop to ensure there were no other issues. The repair was significantly cheaper than having to buy a new computer and was fixed in just a couple of days.

Alienware Laptop in with us recently after experiencing issues with powering off when the battery gets down to about 25% charge.

We identified it was a dead cell causing the issue so a brand new uprated battery was ordered, installed and tested. Problem solved!
