We're thrilled to announce that our Head of Change and Communications, Elliott Carter, has been selected to take part in HubSpot's 2025 Customer Advisory Board!

The board is a dynamic group of 40 companies selected globally to help provide important feedback, share insights, and offer guidance to help steer HubSpot's product direction and make the overall customer experience better for all. By keeping a strong feedback loop, the board allows for HubSpots most active customers to get involved in their growth journey, playing a crucial role in helping HubSpot improve and succeed.

We're very excited to see what this opportunity brings in 2025 and to be a part of HubSpot's development journey!

Here are some ideas of ways you can celebrate, both in-person and remotely!

✨ Encourage your colleagues to share something on Viva Engage that they've done that day that makes them happy! Create a big string of joy!
✨ Take turns practising gratitude in your daily huddles, team meetings or 1:1s.
✨ Organise a team lunch and take time out and connect!
✨ Schedule some time for mindfulness or meditation sessions (utilise Headspace through Viva Insights!)
✨ Create an online or in-person appreciation wall for employees to post messages of appreciation and encouragement!

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we're committed to five UN Sustainable Development Goals: Good Health and Well-being, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Climate Action, and Decent Work and Economic Growth - becoming a Living Wage Employer was integral to these goals!

Costs remain high even as inflation begins to ease, leaving many low-paid workers facing ongoing financial hardship. While workers across the income distribution are feeling the squeeze, the situation is particularly challenging for the UK’s 3.5m low-paid workers.

Having the correct support systems in place for our employees helps to make work better for them, Perspicuity as a business and the partners and customers we work with.

🎉🕺 In just a few days, we'll be celebrating our one-year anniversary of being an accredited Living Wage Foundation Employer!

Last November we made the Living Wage Commitment, seeing our minimum wage for over 18s increase to £10.90 per hour - higher than the statutory minimum wage for over 23s in the UK.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers who wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 400,000 people and put over £2 billion extra into the pockets of low-paid workers.

Perspicuity is based in the Southwest, a region where almost a fifth of all jobs (18.1%) pay less than the real Living Wage - around 424,000 jobs. Despite this, we have committed to pay the real Living Wage and deliver a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.

Perspicuity has a solid belief that Making Work Better for everyone that we touch, our colleagues, partners, customers and suppliers, is a basis for how we do business. This accreditation is part of our commitment to promote Decent Work and Economic Growth, and along with our support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Good Health and Wellbeing, Quality Education, Gender Equality and Climate Action, give us the focus and vision to continue to create a better workplace and more sustainable business.
