🚀 OZORIX has turned 14 🎉 
Fourteen years in tech means a lot of accumulated experience, but more than anything, it is a reflection of the exceptionally strong team we have built. The reason we consistently deliver the highest quality in everything we do is simply because of the talent, dedication, and expertise of our people. 🚀
 🤖💡 While it was a celebration, it was also a great opportunity to look at global tech trends. Since the entire world is currently focused on the rise of AI, we decided to dedicate our discussions to its impact and what it means for the industry.  A huge thank you to our speakers who led some incredible, thought-provoking sessions:

🎙 Archil Berikishvili on “From Human Communication to Information Technologies: Parallels and Connections”
🎙 Giorgi Chitishvili tackling the big question: “Is AI a Developer’s Enemy or an Ally?”
🎙 David Nadaraia on “The Unbearable Lightness of Being of Software Engineers in the Age of LLMs”

We wrapped up the day with an open panel discussion featuring David and Giorgi, with Archil moderating, where we dived deeper into where all of this technology is actually heading.

✨ On May 9, a special training event was held for Ozorix team, focused on effective communication and wellbeing in professional settings. 🤝

The training workshop was led by Tea Gvelesiani - Doctor of Psychology and Social Skills Trainer - who guided the Ozorix team through an engaging and interactive experience designed to strengthen communication skills and improve workplace wellbeing.

Through a variety of practical exercises, collaborative workshops, and communication-focused activities tailored to different personalities and interaction styles, team members had the opportunity to work on improving interpersonal communication, teamwork, and professional relationships in real-life scenarios.

The sessions covered topics such as corporate culture, effective client communication, practical tips for both online and face-to-face interactions, emotional intelligence, active listening, feedback culture, stress management, and productivity in professional environments.

🚀 The workshop created an open and inspiring atmosphere where the Ozorix team could exchange experiences, better understand each other’s communication styles, and develop skills that support stronger collaboration and a healthier working environment. It was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the importance of wellbeing not only in personal growth, but also in building effective and sustainable professional relationships.
