We are looking for Game Designer for our Bebi Family team.
Requirements:
✅ Develop creative and engaging game concepts tailored for children
✅ Design and present mockups and prototypes in visually appealing formats
✅ Lead and actively contribute to brainstorming sessions across the team
✅ Refine and balance gameplay mechanics within Unity 3D
✅ Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and artists to ensure design intent is achieved
✅ Continuously analyze and improve game features based on feedback and performance metrics
Bonus Skills:
❗️Familiarity with C # programming
❗️Experience working with animations, particle effects, and sound design
Responsibilities:
▶️ Solid understanding of game design principles and player experience
▶️ Proven creativity and passion for designing fun, educational, and accessible games
▶️ Previous experience in the gaming industry in a similar role
▶️ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
▶️ Knowledge of the Unity 3D editor and how design translates into implementation
▶️ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, artists, and other designers
▶️ Fluent in English and Georgian, both written and spoken
▶️ Enthusiasm and a deep interest in the gaming industry
