📢 Exciting Announcement from Sytacle!

Hi everyone! 👋
We’re happy to announce that our team is currently developing a new app for a client — a YouTube Clone App project.

Now, before you get us wrong 😅, let’s explain things clearly to avoid any misunderstanding — we’re not recreating or copying YouTube illegally. This is a project designed to make YouTube accessible again on older Android devices.

🔍 Background:

Google officially ended YouTube app support for devices running Android 6 (Marshmallow) and Android 7 (Nougat) as of early 2025 (February–March).

This means that any Android version below 8.0 (Oreo) no longer receives YouTube updates or full functionality. Many users now see errors like:

> “YouTube is no longer supported on this device.”

💡 What can users do?

Upgrade to Android 8.0 Oreo or higher (if your device supports it).

Or use YouTube’s web version via your browser at m.youtube.com.

🚀 Our Solution:

We noticed many users — especially across Africa — still use great devices that can’t access YouTube anymore. The frustration was real, and many people reached out to us looking for a fix.

So our Sytacle developers decided:
👉 Why not turn the YouTube web version into a lightweight, responsive Android app that works even on older versions like Android 4.4.2?

We built it, tested it — and it worked perfectly! 🎉
The app is currently under maintenance, and once it’s ready (depending on the client’s choice), we may release it publicly for free, just like our previous client project — S Mobile Data App.

This project does not violate Google’s terms.
All rights and copyrights belong to Google and the YouTube team.
Our app simply acts as a YouTube Lite alternative to make YouTube browsing easier for users with older phones.

Instead of depending on third-party platforms like the Play Store, we chose to build our own. Too many independent developers have had their accounts mistakenly terminated on those platforms, blocking them from bringing their innovative ideas to the world.

The Sytacle App Store is designed to be a home for all developers—a safe, free space to publish legitimate, clean apps. Our mission is to support underground and aspiring creators everywhere.

The App Store section is still under development and is expected to be fully completed by early next year. For now, you can browse and download only the apps and games created by the Sytacle team.
