Format your pendrive with Command prompt.

Insert your USB drive
NB: windows key +R
Type CMD and hit Enter
@ CMD type
Format /fs:fat32 drive letter : eg (G:)
You will be ask to hit enter
When you are ready.

This should format your drive completely.
